
Well i dont have much to prove maybe i dont ahve to..maybe you already ahve your own eveidence on mishaps of the BOM...the thing is im not about to say anythign against the hard working staff of the Bank but rather the policies and non transparency of their development..and immaturity as a Bank.
OK ill leave all issues and go to somehting from their website today... if you go on to their website youll find that they baost their online application to Internet Banking...which is reveloutionary and praise worthy of itself as a service from the Bank..and i do praise them..but the websites crap..its got a ncie easy interface but the content ,management sucks...just try finding the onlince application forms to any card or service..heheh lemme know if its there....i found out the applicaitons infact in PDF form only appear in their Help section...strange but amusing as well...i was frustrated after an hour of trying to find the forms...voila its in the Help link..heheh stupid me...i should have known!!!
Also BEWARe all BOm customers using AMEX cards in Malaysia...most ATM's and shops dont accpets cards with Magnetic Strip...wat the hells with that??? Somebody got a clue???

hehe.. I lost my visa card. Of course, I've deactivated it using a feature in online banking. And now there's no way I could get a replacement card, because I'm abroad. Seems like they do deliver cards through post. DHL or FedEx is insecure. They deliver only through local post. what a shame!!
